Campus Offices has been present in the Roombeek area of Enschede since 2018. With the purchase of the building on the Brouwerijstraat, the development of Campus CeeCee was started based on the existing CeeCee community. This building has been completely redeveloped, from a new interior to greenhouses on the roof. In line with Campus’ philosophy, a place was created with shared facilities for hospitality, technology, coffee, lunch, meetings, events, sports, and “outside”.

This has since proven to be a success: the project was responded to with enthusiasm and the building is now full. It was therefore logical for CampusOffices to look at how her vision can be further propagated in Roombeek.

As a result, research is being conducted into the possibility of expanding Campus CeeCee. CampusOffices has taken an option on 3 vacant lots on the Moutlaan. In collaboration with Pr8 architects, Studio DaD, the municipality of Enschede, and supervisor Pi de Bruijn, the possibility of building an office building as part of the Campus CeeCee is now being explored.
