Adaptivity is the norm

Developments in society force us to rethink our systems and organizations. Whether it’s a pandemic or new technology, adaptability is essential for survival.

These developments also lead to changing office needs. Size and capacity as well as interactions are subject to change. The days of multi-year leases and traditional real estate agreements are over; adaptivity is the norm. This requires flexibility in design, (rental) terms, layout and the integration of technology. The higher the degree of adaptivity, the more organizations are able to accommodate the current situation.
