When you choose for RentInvest at Dreesz, you will become the owner of the office space you have rented FOR FREE after 10 years. You could then rent the office to others yourself, sell the office or continue using it as your own. In doing so, your monthly rent becomes valuable after your lease contract has been finished. Your rent will be an investment in your pension, that is the idea behind RentInvest. These office floors are available starting at 220 m2 and are rented ‘as is’. These floors are for entrepreneurs that do not want to buy now but still want to invest in their future. These offices can be furnished and designed completely to the needs and desires of the RentInvest tenant. Besides that, the tenant can make use of all the Dreesz facilities like meeting rooms, electricity, cleaning services, etc.

The units are available in various sizes, so whether you are alone, with 3 employees, or even 20 employees, there is a fitting office for everyone.
