Entweder’s proven ventures have gained traction with their product. On that foundation they are now growing on the scale from Start-up to Scale-up. The ventures differ in their development phase but have in common that they will be sold as a Scale-up. The new owner can start reaping the rewards with the general public.


SKEPP stands for Office as a Service. Its basis is Officelisting, which connects tenants and landlords. With Officeplanner, 100% flexible fit-outs are added. Started in the Netherlands in 2014 and now active in 8 European countries.


CampusOffices (re)develops urban locations with shared facilities for hospitality, technology, coffee, lunch, meetings, events, sports and “outside”. Locations that most of all enable working, with a custom workspace for every type of user made up of 100% flexible design elements and ditto lease agreements. Both Start-ups and professionals feel at home at Campus.


Dreesz develops office buildings in which different types of workspaces come together in and around a social heart. This social heart is a place where tenants can come together and take part in the regular activities. Because after all, Dreesz is about sharing.


Organizations are developing faster and faster. Office buildings and their furnishings are, however, just as static as they were years ago and therefore no longer facilitate the growth of office-based organizations. BOW solves this problem by developing a line of prefab boxes based on modular building blocks.
