Entweder believes that with thoughtful ventures the workspace can evolve into a place where growth is balanced with well-being. These ventures are started by Entweder and are always further developed in cooperation with two founders into a proven, and thus marketable, Scale-up. In addition to being an innovative venture builder, Entweder is also a pragmatic venture capitalist and therefore completely independent.
Every Entweder-venture is based on a workspace-related problem that another Entweder-venture is dealing with.
During the Sketch-phase Entweder validates the possible venture by heavily researching the size of the market and by talking to possible customers.
When all requirements are met during this research Entweder will look for 2 talented entrepreneurs to built the venture together with Entweder.
When the collaboration with these entrepreneurs has started the concerning venture will be developed from a Solution into a Sold venture during a period of 5-7 years. After this period we will look for a possible buyer of the venture to further push its development.

Environment of the workspace
Every workspace has an environment that consists of three components: not only the Productivity, but the Place and the People as well. The physical Place has three dimensions: the workplace at home, the office and everything in between.
